Diabetes HELP at Northside Regional Medical Center
Diabetes HELP™ is an outpatient program targeting adults 18 years and older with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes and their family members or caregivers.
The Diabetes HELP™ Outpatient Group Classes are designed for people newly diagnosed with diabetes or for those who never had formal classes. These classes are taught by a registered nurse, certified diabetes educator, and a registered dietitian.
A physician referral and registration are required for the Diabetes HELP™ Outpatient Group Classes. Most insurance companies cover the costs, but you should check with your insurance company before enrolling.
To register for the classes or for more information, call Diabetes HELP™ at 330-884-3115.
